The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4644/LTM4644-1 Quad DC/DC μModule Regulators with Configurable 4A Output Array operates over an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V with an external bias supply. An output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V is supported by the regulators. The LTM4644/LTM4644-1 outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 16A capability. 4A continuous (5A peak) output current per channel is delivered by the high efficiency design.
