These TI power modules have either 3A(LMZ22003), 5A (LMZ22005), 8A (LMZ22008), or 10A (LMZ22010) output current and offerefficiency of up to 92%. These power modules have a -40to +125ºC junction temperature range and provide fast transientresponse for FPGAs and ASICs.
