MPM3810 Voltage Regulators
MPS MPM3810 voltage regulators are modules with monolithic step-down switch mode converters with built-in internal power MOSFETs and inductors. MPM3810 is designed to simplify power system design and provide ease of use. The DC-DC module has a small surface-mount 3mm x 2.5mm x 0.9mm QFN package. It achieves 1.2A Peak output current from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The Constant-On-time control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MPM3810 is ideal for a wide range of applications including high performance DSPs, FPGAs, PDAs, portable instruments and storage.Learn More

MPS MPM Power Modules, available in single or dual channel, are integrated DC/DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily-available standard external components, simplifying power system design. They also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to their compact QFN package. All MPS parts are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.
