- Wolfspeed 650V Z-Rec™ Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes feature zero reverse recovery current and zero reverse recovery voltage. Wolfspeed Z-Rec Schottky Diodes provide extremely fast switching with virtually no switching losses. This is accomplished by high-frequency operation and temperature-independent switching behavior. These devices also offer the ability to parallel devices without thermal runaway, reducing heat sink requirements.
