- ON Semiconductor HCPL2630 / HCPL2631 dual-channel optocouplers feature a 10Mbps data rate and 10kV/µs common mode rejection (CMR). These Fairchild optocouplers consist of a 850nm aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) LED optically coupled to high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output.
