The isolators have a 100kV/μs common-mode transient immunity, 7ns delay, and 150Mbps data rate for robust, high-speed data transfer in noisy and harsh environments. The ADuM541x/ADuM641x isolators eliminate the user's need for a separate, isolated DC-to-DC converter when designing low-power, isolated applications. The devices' iCoupler chip scale transformer technology supports isolated logic signals and the DC-to-DC converters' magnetic components.
