- STLQ50 BiCMOS Linear Regulator - New at Mouser
- STMicroelectronics STLQ50 BiCMOS linear regulator is specifically designed for operating in environments with very low power consumption constraints. The very low quiescent current (3µA) of this STMicroelectronics linear regulator makes it suitable for applications that have very long stand-by time, allowing extension of battery life. The STLQ50 also features a P-MOS pass element that allows a very good dropout figure (200mV at 25mA Iout and 350mV at full load) without affecting the consumption characteristics. The STLQ50 linear regulator is housed in an SC-70 or SOT23-5L package that fulfills space-saving requirements in battery powered equipment.
