These eSMP SMPC Fast Recovery Rectifiers feature low forward voltage drops, low current leakage, and high forward surge capability. These Rectifiers are offered in a single- or dual-chip, surface-mount, TO-277A package. The compact 4.8mm x 6.7mm footprint and a low 1.1mm profile (typical) of the TO-277A package enables high current density power supply designs.Vishay eSMP SMPC Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in Standard and AEC-Q101 Qualified versions.Learn More
Fast Recovery Avalanche Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductor Fast Recovery Avalanche Rectifiers offer a low profile, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These avalanche sinter glass diodes are primarily used for conducting in one direction and blocking in the other. The fast recovery avalanche rectifiers are glass passivated pellet chip junction constructed. These rectifiers feature controlled avalanche characteristics and fast reverse recovery time. The RoHS compliant rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. These rectifiers are applicable for use in high-frequency rectification of power supply, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication.
