This result in appropriate level for reliable system operation. The MCP1x micropower voltage detectors are available in MCP102, MCP103, MCP121, MCP131, MCP111, and MCP112 device. These MCP1x detectors are available in 8 different trip voltages. The devices come in SC-70, SOT-23, TO-92, SOT-143, and SOIC packages in various pin configurations.
