Mikroe MIKROE-2536 EEPROM 4 Click is an EEPROM memory medium with the capacity of 256KB. This click features a high endurance EEPROM module which can withstand 1 million write cycles, with a data retention period of about 40 years. The MIKROE-2536 EEPROM 4 click can operate with a voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V supplied to the EEPROM module. This EEPROM 4 click features self-timed write cycles, dedicated write-protect pin, dedicated hold pin, and does not require erase before writing. The MIKROE-2536 EEPROM 4 click is aimed towards industrial and commercial applications with low voltage and low power capabilities.
