The SlimDPAK Schottky Rectifiers have 86% less space overall and 57% less in height, than the traditional DPAK. The standard and automotive Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers have a very low profile, with a height of 1.3mm and are ideal for automated placement. The SlimDPAK package has a 200% decrease in current rating compared to the traditional DPAK.
