These transistors feature built-in bias resistors which enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without external input resistors. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for the operation which makes the circuit design easy. The DTx transistors are available in a variety of packages (reel type/taping type). The DTx digital transistors are ideal for inverters, interface, and drivers.
