LDF & LDFM Very Low Drop Voltage Regulators
STMicroelectronics LDF and LDFM Very Low Drop Voltage Regulators are fast and operate from a 2.5-16V input supply voltage range. The regulators are available from 0.8V to 12V fixed and adjustable output voltage versions. The LDF features high output precision, very low dropout voltage, low noise, and low quiescent current. They are suitable for low voltage microprocessors and memory applications. Enable logic control pin and Power Good output are featured on PPAK/DFN packages. Current and thermal protection are provided.
