- ON Semiconductor FS8 standard recovery surface mount rectifiers boast outstanding performance, a compact size, and are qualified per the AEC-Q101 REV. C standard. The rectifiers sink 8A DC forward current and offer very high forward surge capability of up to 230A using only a 0.37μA reverse leakage current. Featuring a small, flat-lead, T0-277 package and a typical height of 1.1mm, these rectifiers are optimized for space-constrained applications. FS8 standard recovery surface mount rectifiers are commonly used for reverse polarity protection, rectifications, and general-purpose applications.Learn More
