The DGD logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with controlling devices. Diodes Incorporated gate drivers are ideal for DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, AC-DC power supplies, motor controls, and Class D power amplifiers.

DGD21x High-Voltage & High-Speed Gate Drivers

Diodes Inc. DGD21x High-Voltage & High-Speed Gate Drivers easily switch power MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge configurations. The DGD21x feature high-side and low-side output drive capability. These drivers have simple logic level input and provide an easy interface between the controller and power MOSFET/IGBT switches. The DGD21x support up to 600V using a floating high-side driver that allows for operation on high-voltage rails used in power supplies, motor drives and DC-DC inverters.
