P-4U-L Multiport SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-4U-L Multiport SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment from overvoltage transients. Targeted for voice through DS-1 applications, the components provide a dual port surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. The P-4U-L parts can replace four discrete components. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are lead-free and RoHS compliant.

The P-4UCMCL thyristors offer a low capacitance for applications that demand greater signal integrity and can replace four discrete components. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, two-pair protection, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS Compliant, Lead-Free, and Halogen-Free.
