Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.

Bourns CDSOD323-TxxC TVS Diodes are voltage suppressor devices for surge and ESD protection applications in a SOD323 package size format. Bourns CDSOD323-TxxC TVS diodes offer a choice of voltage types ranging from 3V to 24V in a unidirectional or bidirectional configuration. These Bourns TVS diodes protect 1 line of 1 I/O port and feature low capacitance of approximately 3pF typical. The CDSOD23-TxxC series replaces 0805 MLV devices. Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and feature a flat configuration that minimizes roll away.
