- MIC2800 Digital Power Management ICs
- Microchip Technology MIC2800 Digital Power Management ICs are designed to integrate a 2MHz DC/DC converter with an LDO post-regulator to provide two high-efficiency outputs. These ICs feature the LOWQ mode that reduces the total current drawn to 30µA and reduces output noise of DC/DC converter to 75µVRMS. The DC/DC converter retains efficiencies of over 90% at load currents of up to 600mA by using small values of L and C.
