STMicroelectronics SPEAr eMPUs offer state-of-the-art architecture, silicon technology, and intellectual property and target networked devices used for communication, display, and control. These STMicroelectronics eMPUs feature a high-performance 8-channel Direct Memory Access (DMA), dynamic power saving features, 350 to 3000 Dhrystone MIPS (DMIPS),complex peripherals, and external DDR1, DDR2, or DDR3 memories.
