TLP26xJ High Voltage Isolation & Low Trigger Current Triac Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP26xJ High Voltage Isolation & Low Trigger Current Triac Photocouplers provide reinforced insulation and low LED trigger currents of max. 3mA. TLP26xJ's reduced trigger current enable TLP267J and TLP268J to control output at a lower input current, thereby contributing to lower power consumption. TLP267J consists of a non-zero crossing photo triac, while TLP268J consists of a zero crossing photo triac. Both are coupled to a long-life gallium-arsenide infrared emitting diode (LED). Available in an ultra-miniature S06 package, these photocouplers are rated at a minimum isolation voltage of 3750Vrms, offer creepage & clearance distances of a minimum of 5mm, and meet the reinforced insulation class requirements of international safety standards. Both photocouplers are compatible with an AC mains voltage of 240V. The devices support a peak off-state voltage of min. 600V and an on-state current of up to 70mA. In addition, TLP26xJ Photocouplers support reflow mounting in accordance with latest JEDEC standards with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C.
