P-4U-L Multiport SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-4U-L Multiport SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment from overvoltage transients. Targeted for voice through DS-1 applications, the components provide a dual port surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. The P-4U-L parts can replace four discrete components. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are lead-free and RoHS compliant.

Broadband Optimized SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse Broadband Optimized SIDACtor Protection Thyristors focus on addressing the performance and regulatory requirements of broadband equipment. The low capacitance thyristors provide a dual port surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards while limiting the impact to broadband signals. The P-4UCMCL thyristors offer a low capacitance for applications that demand greater signal integrity and can replace four discrete components. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 packaged thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, two-pair protection, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS Compliant, Lead-Free, and Halogen-Free.
