STMicroelectronics LD39020 Very Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulators are a high accuracy voltage regulator that provides 200mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V, with a typical dropout voltage of 200mV. These are available in DFN 1x1-4L package, allowing maximum space saving. These devices are stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output.
