- eSMPĀ® SMPA Schottky Rectifiers
- Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® SMPA Schottky Rectifiers are a patented Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS®) rectifiers that are available with seven voltage ratings from 45V to 200V and several different package options to serve a wide range of system requirements. TMBS offers several advantages over planar Schottky rectifiers. As operating voltage moves to 45V and above, planar Schottky rectifiers tend to lose their advantage of fast switching speeds and low forward voltage drop to a substantial degree. The patented TMBS structure addresses this issue by diminishing minority carrier injections to the drift region, thus minimizing stored charges and improving switching speeds.

- Vishay Semiconductor VxxDL45BP Series Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers for PV Solar Cell Bypass Protection provide low forward voltage drop and low power losses. The VxxDL45BP series is ideal for automated placement due to its very low profile(typical height of 1.7 mm). The VxxDL45BP Series meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with a LF maximum peak of 260 °C.
- eSMPĀ® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers
- Vishay Semiconductor eSMP® SMPD Schottky Rectifiers offer 45V-200V devices with current rating 10A-60A. The SMPD rectifiers provide a 0.4V low forward voltage drop at 15A. These Schottky rectifiers offer a low-profile surface-mount package with a typical height of <1.7mm. The SMPD (TO-263AC) package is compatible with the D2PAK (TO-263AB) package. These Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free devices. Applications include high-frequency DC/DC converters, OR-ing diodes, and automotive applications.
