- EP53A8xQI Synchronous Buck Regulators
- Intel EP53A8LQI and EP53A8HQI synchronous buck regulators are 1000mA Power SoC devices that integrate MOSFET switches, control, compensation, and an inductor in an advanced 3mm x 3mm QFN package. The inductor integrated into this Intel synchronous buck regulator ensures the complete power solution is fully characterized with the inductor carefully matched to the silicon and compensation network. It enables a tiny solution footprint, low output ripple, low part count, and high reliability while maintaining high efficiency. The Intel EP53A8xQI uses a 3-pin VID to easily select the output voltage setting. EP53A8LQI and EP53A8HQI synchronous buck regulators provide up to 94% efficiency and are ideal for portable wireless and RF applications as well as wireless broadband data cards, and more.
