- B-U-4L Battrax SIDACtor Protection Thyristors
- Littelfuse B-U-4L Battrax® SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors offer programmable SIDACtor® overvoltage protection for SLIC applications. The single-port negative Battrax® protection thyristors provide a programmable device that is referenced to a negative voltage source while internal diodes provide protection from positive surge events. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The MS-013 package thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. Components are RoHS Compliant and Lead-Free.

- Littelfuse SLIC SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors focus on addressing the unique protection needs of SLIC (Subscriber Line Interface Circuit) chipsets. The components offer fixed voltage and Battrax® battery tracking protection solutions capable of protecting SLIC devices from transients caused by lightning and AC power cross. The SLIC family provides an overvoltage protection solution that helps applications comply with Telcordia GR-1089 Issue 4, and ITU-T recommendations K.20, K.21, K.44, and K.45.
