- ON Semiconductor TinyLogic® Low Power Universal Configurable Two-Input Logic Gates are a variety of universal configurable 2-input logic gates which provide high performance and low power solutions ideal for battery-powered portable applications. The 74AUP1GXXs are designed for a wide low voltage operating range (0.8V to 3.6V). The 74AUP1T97s provide single supply voltage level translation and are designed for applications with inputs switching levels that accept 1.8V low voltage CMOS signals while operating from either a single 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltage. The 74AUP1T97s are ideal low power solutions for mixed voltage signal applications.All of the ON Semiconductor TinyLogic® Low Power Universal Configurable Two-Input Logic Gates guarantee very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire voltage range. All inputs are implemented with hysteresis to allow for slower transition input signals and better switching noise immunity. These logic gates provide for multiple functions as determined by various configurations of the three inputs. The potential logic functions provided vary by part, but include MUX, AND, NAND, OR, NOR, and XNOR, inverter, non-inverter, and buffer.
