- STIPN2M50T SLLIMM Nano IPM
- STMicroelectronics STIPN2M50T SLLIMM™ Nano Intelligent Power Module (IPM) provides a compact and high-performance AC motor drive in a simple and rugged design. These IPMs are composed of three half-bridge High Voltage ICs (HVICs) and six MOSFETs for gate driving that provide low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) characteristics. The STIPN2M50T SLLIMM Nano IPM features under-voltage lockout, internal bootstrap diode, interlocking and smart shutdown function, and op-amp for advanced current sensing. These IPMs are optimized for compactness and thermal performance in built-in motor applications where assembly space is limited.
