These MCUs are available with 8kB to 16kB RAM memory for buffering and 64kB to 256kB Enhanced Flash program memory. The PIC24FJxxGx family of microcontrollers are offered in in 28, 44, 64, 80, 100, and 121 pin packages for design flexibility.
