This MOSFET pair is designed for switching and amplifying applications where high-voltage, high-current drive, and fast switching speeds are required. This TC6321 pairs with the MD12xx, MD17xx, or MD18xx ultrasound MOSFET drivers to form a high-speed and high-voltage pulser circuit. The TC6321 MOSFET operates at a temperature ranging from -40ºC to 150ºC and VDS ranges from -200V to 200V. The TC6321 MOSFET pair utilizes an advanced vertical DMOS structure and the silicon gate manufacturing process.
